About Cozy Home
Construction and design, working as one.
Cozy Home brings residential improvement work, design and styling, real estate preparation, and coordinated home care together under one brand.
- Our promise
- Live Cozily. We help people make their homes more functional, comfortable, and ready for the way they live.
- What makes us different
- Cozy Home connects hands-on improvement work with design, staging, and home care. Clients have a clear point of coordination rather than managing disconnected providers.
- Who we serve
- Homeowners, sellers preparing to list, real estate professionals, and property owners seeking reliable project coordination.
- One accountable partner
- Cozy Home contracts directly with the client for agreed work, manages project communication, and coordinates qualified subcontractors as needed. It is not a lead-selling directory.
- Project discipline
- Written scopes, approved changes, clear scheduling, documented payments, and quality checks protect both clients and trade partners.
Leadership
Complementary leadership.
